The Programming Committee conceives and executes creative, business and environmentally focused events that are relevant to our members, colleagues, chapter partners, the businesses we serve as professionals and the culture of our city. Our events create value for AIGA/LA and help build community. The Programming Board, Programming Director, Event Producers, Event Chairs and Event Coordinators work together to manage event content and identify program formats, venues, speakers and exhibits. We manage catering, AV, invitations and other needs within budget. The Committee is open to any members who are interested in volunteering. Contact the VPs listed below.

Studio Tour Event Producer | | Sapient Interactive Sarah is a senior-level Flash Designer/Developer (and sometimes Graphic Designer & Art Director). She started her design career 10 years ago in Pittsburgh, PA, working most of that time at Wall-to-Wall Studios while on the local AIGA Board. She has since developed her freelance career, signed on to teach Flash at UCLA extension, and most recently accepted a position as Senior Associate in Flash Design/Development at Sapient in Santa Monica. Now both living and working in the same area, she looks forward to never having to sit in LA traffic again! (Except to drive to AIGA events, of course.)

ProSessions: Design Remixed Event Producers | | Bolton Design, Inc. In 2003, fed up with the prospects of small town life, Nathaniel Bolton and his soon-to-be-wife, Tracey packed up and moved to the big city of Los Angeles. In LA he became an in-house art director. First stop was an online survey provider and next was World Poker Tour, an award winning television program featuring Texas Hold-em tournaments and competitions. In 2006, Nathaniel finally realized that working for the man doesn’t suit him. He and Tracey started Bolton Design, Inc., a studio focusing on strategy and design for web and print.
Tracey was originally involved with AIGA for 3 years as a student while attending The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). At SCAD she received her MFA in Graphic Design and also met her husband and work partner, Nathaniel Bolton. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Tracey got a position with Ticketmaster’s in-house design department in West Hollywood. She then moved over to their award winning interactive agency, Cottonblend, where she worked on websites for Herbie Hancock and The Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Early in 2006, she left Cottonblend and along with Nathaniel started Bolton Design, Inc.
